Father-son team of fishermen Len & Aaron run 2 fishing boats out of their home village of St. Dogmaels, Cardigan Bay.
Multi talented, they also catch Sewin using the time honoured method of coracle fishing on the River Teifi.
All their catch is then processed in-house by Lens wife Mandy. The Walters family have supplied Scott with all the Cardigan Bay has to offer for over 13 years!
