Kirsty is the REAL boss at Strawberry Shortcake and her biggest company duty being managing Scott…

Social media, styling & imagery all comes under Kirstys belt, along with the not so fun things like budgets, systems & payroll.

With spreadsheets galore, no crate leaves for an event without Kirsty checking it off – nothing gets forgotten under her watch.

Favourite thing to eat : A well-aged rib-eye steak….. Rare, obviously

Scott is the boss and chef at Strawberry Shortcake. After 30 years............Well, he is still there…… at the stove - His passion for food is matched only by his enthusiasm for ingredients. If Scott had to describe his food – he would say its ‘well travelled’.
A firm believer in building teams and watching people grow, Scott enjoys sharing his knowledge with younger chefs that join the strawberry family.

Favourite thing to eat : Cheese & Ham Toastie

Scott is the boss and chef at Strawberry Shortcake. After 30 years............Well, he is still there…… at the stove - His passion for food is matched only by his enthusiasm for ingredients. If Scott had to describe his food – he would say its ‘well travelled’.

Josh Jones

CHEF

Josh is the newest member of our team, joining us in 2022.

He had a great grounding at local restaurant Y Polyn where he first started his culinary journey. When in the kitchen breads and pastry are Joshs true love… he can whip up a mean chocolate salty caramel tart. Josh has been a welcome addition to the Strawberry family, he may quiet….. but he lets his puds do the talking!  

Favourite thing to Eat : Pasta loaded with lots of butter & parmesan!
